Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation Terms
This section addresses the payment terms for playspacecode.com, hereinto referred to as the Service. By using the Service and/or making a payment on the Service, you are accepting the terms listed below.
- The Service is offered in a limited capacity for free. We offer additional features of the service in exchange for a one-time payment. There may be certain features of the Service that are not covered by this one-time payment.
- Licenses may be purchased for educational use at a discounted rate, with a minimum purchase of 10 licenses. Educational licenses are intended for use in a public or private education environment, either online or in a virtual setting. High volume orders are automatically and transparently discounted through our online license ordering process.
- A license can only be associated with a single user account and is non-transferrable.
- A license is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
Registration, Accounts, and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the passwords or authentication mechanisms you use to access the Service, and agree not to transfer your access of the Service to any third party. You are responsible for all activities that take place through your account, and are strictly forbidden from accessing another user's account. If your password or account information is compromised, you agree to contact us immediately and reset your password.
- If you register with an email address, the Service requires you to provide accurate information about yourself such as a name and valid email address during the account creation process.
- If you register as a student, the Service only requires you to provide the username that your teacher/educator or organization has provided you. Your school's privacy settings will determine whether you can store any personal information (name, email address, etc) in the Service. You can register with an email and password to take personal control of your privacy settings if you are 18 years of age or older, or have parental consent.
Educator Responsibility
Educators and education administrators using the Service with students should ensure that student accounts are named in accordance with the privacy measures in their jurisdiction, which often strictly govern the usage of student names, especially for students younger than 18 years of age. By submitting student information, you expressly warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license, during the term of these Terms, to securely transmit and store the student's data strictly within your organization, and to prevent any public access to any student data or stored information, according to your configured privacy settings, as detailed in these Terms of Service, and specifically, for the purposes of providing the Service as put forth in these Terms, and enforcing our rights hereunder.
